  • Can we have our Own Caterers

    Yes! Although we do have some preferred Caterers that we can refer you to, you are not bound by these people. It is your function and can use anyone you like

  • Can we hire Plates, Cutlery & Glasses?

    No!  Unfortunately we are unable to offer these items but we do have a commercial Dish Washing machine which may be used, for your own/hired items.

  • Can we supply our own Drinks?

    Yes, the bar is available for you to use during your function.

    Please Note: If Alcohol will be consumed on the hall Premises, then we recommend you have an authorised RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified person at the function. This assists with ensuring that people don't drink excessively.

  • 2.Hall Hours
  • What time do we have to vacate?

    Due to our location and proximity to residential premises we are regulated to closing times. The function is required to cease by the following times:

    1. Sunday - Thursday:        10:00 pm.
    2. Friday and Saturdays:   12:00 am (midnight).

    As our premises is fully licensed we are governed by the recent liquor law amendments, therefore alcohol must stop being served 1 hour prior to the ending time. Water and Soft drinks may continue to be served until finishing.

  • Can we setup the Hall how we want?

    Yes! Actually, the entire hall setup is up to you. The hall can seat up to 220 people. We have 3 types of tables for you to use.

    They are:-

    1. Large Round Tables - which seat up to 10 people.
    2. Small Round Tables - which seat up to 8 people.
    3. Large Rectangle Tables - which seat up to 8 people.
  • Do we have to pack up the hall?

    Definitely NOT! Hall Pack up is all part of the cost of hire. Once you have set up everything and enjoyed your party, just pack up your belongings, remove the decorations, throw your rubbish bags into the bin supplied and leave. We take care of the rest, it's all included in the cost of hire.

  • Do we have to clean the hall?

    Nope! Hall cleaning is also part of the Hall Hire cost. All we ask is that you remove your decorations and just clean up the general rubbish (drinks, plates, etc) and you can throw it all into our industrial bin at the back of the hall. We take care of packing the Tables and Chairs and cleaning the floor, toilets etc. You, or your caterers, are expected to give the kitchen a general cleanup, but this is a standard practice for caterers anyway.
